You do not need five productivity apps to stay organized. Choose one calendar for deadlines, one task list for next actions and one folder structure for course files. Make each tool easy enough to use on a busy day.
Give files clear names that include the course and topic. Save important links alongside the notes that use them. If an assignment has several versions, keep drafts in one folder and make the final file obvious.
Set reminders before a deadline, not only on the day itself. A reminder to start is often more useful than one that tells you time has run out. Keep a backup of work you cannot easily recreate.
Review the system every week or two. Delete clutter, move finished tasks out of sight and check that the next deadlines are visible. The best setup is the one you keep using.
